The March 2024 budget held no real surprises for the 2024/25 tax year. Fiscal drag continues and tax allowance rates are not increasing, again. National Insurance rates for Employees and the Self Employed are going down. The high income child benefit charge (HICBC) has had its threshold increased to £60,000.
