New Employee Starter Form

If you are are a new employee for one of our growing number of clients who use our payroll bureau service then please complete the starter form below and click submit. You and our payroll bureau based in our Leeds office will both receive a copy of the form. We will obtain the approval of your manager and will then use the data to set you up on our payroll system.

Alternatively at the foot of this page please download the new employee form, complete it, have it approved by your supervisor and then return it to us.

We will also need the new employer copy of your P45 that you will have received when you left your last job. If you have not got a P45 then we will need you to complete HMRC’s Starter Checklist. Please follow that link and fill-in the form online. At the end you can print it off and email it to our office – see the contact details.

Once we have processed your wage or salary an online account will be created for you with IRIS at My ePay Window. You do not need to register or worry about this, you will automatically receive an email. This portal will contain your payslips, your annual P60 and when you leave your P45 will be placed there. Pension letters will also be uploaded for you to read.
